Vegetable Patties

 1bunch of broccoli chopped fine
 1bunch of kale greens cut fine
 2chayote squash diced
 ½red and green peppers chopped
 1medium yellow onion chopped fine
 1pinchof African red pepper 3 tbs olive oil
 ¼cupof seamoss powder
 Spring Water
 Kamut Flour

Heat skillet with 3 tbs olive oil

Add onion, bell pepper, chayote squash, African red pepper and ground cumin, sauté 2-3 minutes

Add broccoli and kale simmer 10-12 minutes
