Daniel Fast Food List

The Daniel Fast is a partial fast based on biblical principles, focusing on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, while avoiding processed foods, sugars, and animal products.

The Daniel Fast is a suggested dietary approach, not a one-size-fits-all solution. We encourage you to listen to your body and adjust your diet to what feels right for you. The key is to focus strongly on avoiding certain items such as processed foods, refined sugars, and animals.

We understand the Daniels Fast restricts all meats, however, Herbalist Kareem mentions you can eat lean turkey, chicken, or wild salmon. It suggested to eat this 0-2 per week. When and if you choose to do this try using a digestive insime and use as directed. 

Foods to Avoid

  • Processed Foods: Any food with artificial additives or preservatives.
  • Sugar: Refined sugar and sweeteners.
  • Animal Products: Meat, dairy, eggs.

Step 5: Testing and Monitoring Progress

Testing Recommendations

  • Do not disclose previous test results. Visit a clinic you haven’t used before and request a standard STD test.
  • Test once your symptoms like outbreaks have ceased. If symptoms persist after 3-4 weeks, pause Wild Oregano-X for 1-2 weeks, then resume.
  • If symptoms persist after 3-4 weeks, pause Wild Oregano-X for 1-2 weeks but continue following the Daniel Fast.
  • After the break, resume the suggested dosage of Wild Oregano-X and continue the regimen.
  • The duration of the regimen varies among individuals; there’s no set timeframe.

  • If you test positive, Herbalist Kareem recommends continuing the regimen confidently.
  • Your body naturally produces antibodies (IGD, IGE, IGG, IGA, IGM) to combat pathogens and viruses, aiming to reduce these levels.
  • Note that antibody levels may increase if you’re ill or detect bacteria.

  • Stress Management: Practice positive thinking and relaxation techniques.
  • Raw Foods: Eat as raw as possible to retain nutrients.
