 ½cupof olive oil
 2cupsof tomato sauce
 4tbspof sea salt
 1 ½tbspof onion powder
 2tbspof cayenne/chili powder
 3tbspof maple syrup

After the pasta is cooked, strain it.

Heat sauce on medium high for 10 minutes
