Taquitos

Crispy taquitos filled with seasoned meat, garnished with fresh cilantro, served on a plate with a side of salsa.
Yields1 Serving
 2cupsof chopped onion
 4cupsof chopped mushrooms
 2tspof chili powder
 3tbspof sea salt
 2tbspof tomato sauce
 2tbspof oregano
 2tspof onion powder
 2tspof ground thyme

Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to the pan

Add onion sauté until golden brown

Add mushroom sauté for 5 minutes

Add seasonings

Wrap in corn shells tightly

Then fry until crispy
