Peace and blessings, family. Herbalist Kareem here. A lot of you drive in from all over the West Valley to see us, and many of you have asked, “Is it worth the trip?” This guide is for you. Wherever you’re coming from, here’s what to expect when you visit 4 Cycles of Life, our tea store and herbal shop in Peoria.

What You’ll Find Here

We’re a tea shop first. You’ll find our premium herbal tea blends (2 oz, $19.99) and our custom herbal tea blends (2 oz, $13.99) that you build right at the tea bar with me. We also carry tonics, bitters and black seed oils.

Just so you know before you come: we don’t sell bulk herbs, and we don’t offer tea tastings. What we do offer is time at the tea bar to talk through the herbs and build a blend that fits your taste.

Build Your Own Tea Blend in the West Valley

This is the part people love most. At the tea bar, you build a custom herbal tea blend step by step:

1. Base: choose 1–2 base herbs
2. Support: choose 1–3 support herbs
3. Flavor: choose 1–2 flavor herbs (ginger is one of our flavor options)

Pick at least 3 herbs and up to 7 in total. I’ll help you along the way, and you leave with a 2 oz bag of a blend that’s all yours.

Coming From the North West Valley

Sun City West

Looking for things to do in Sun City West that involve a good cup of tea? Head south toward Peoria for an easy outing. We’re one of the few herbal tea shops near Sun City West, and it makes a nice morning trip, especially on a Saturday before we close at 2pm.

El Mirage

If you’ve been searching for an herbal tea shop near El Mirage, we’re a short drive southeast in Peoria. Come build a blend at the tea bar, then grab lunch nearby in the Peoria Township Center.

Youngtown

Youngtown neighbors Peoria, so we’re close by. For herbal tea near Youngtown, AZ, a quick trip down Peoria Ave gets you to our door.

Sun City

Many of our regulars come from Sun City. If you want an herbal tea shop near Sun City, AZ, we’re just a short drive away, with easy parking when you arrive.

Surprise

Coming from Surprise? Head toward Peoria and make a stop at the tea bar. It’s a simple trip for anyone looking for an herbal tea shop in Surprise, AZ, or nearby.

Coming From Glendale

Glendale is right next door. Whether you’re near Westgate or Arrowhead, our herbal tea shop is an easy hop over to Peoria Ave. Make it part of a shopping day and stop in for a custom blend.

Coming From the Southwest Valley

Avondale and Tolleson

Looking for an herbal tea shop near Avondale or Tolleson? We’re worth the drive north to Peoria, especially if you want to build your own blend instead of grabbing a boba or coffee drink.

Goodyear and Litchfield Park

For loose-leaf tea near Goodyear or Litchfield Park, plan a West Valley day trip that ends at our tea bar. Everything we make is a plant-based herbal blend, packed fresh in 2 oz bags.

Buckeye, Verrado and Waddell

It’s a longer trip from Buckeye, Verrado or Waddell, so we suggest planning it as a day trip. Check our hours first (Tuesday–Saturday), and stock up on your favorites while you’re here.

Plan a West Valley Tea Day Trip

A few tips to make the most of your visit:
– Come Tuesday through Saturday. We’re closed Sunday and Monday.
– Saturday ends early. We close at 2pm, so come in the morning.
– Give yourself a little time at the tea bar if you’re building a custom blend.
– Bring a card or cash. We take Square and cash in store.

How to Brew Your Tea at Home

Use 1–2 teaspoons of tea for every 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Premium 2 oz blends are $19.99.

Do you sell bulk herbs?
No. We sell teas (premium and custom blends, plus a few tea bags), along with tonics, bitters and black seed oils.

How do I pay in store?
We accept Square (cards) and cash.
