Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing 4 Cycles of Life for your shopping needs. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Methods: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our carrier. Shipping cost ranges between $8.10 to $8.30 per order (subject to change based on USPS shipping for domestic/regional area) 
  2. Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Customers can contact customer service if they have any questions or concerns.
  3. Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is ready for shipping. It is important that you include your email address when placing an order. This is the best way for us to communicate with you if there are any issues with your order. You may track your order using the carrier’s website, https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.
  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary depending on your location/region.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package.
  5. International Shipping: We seldom receive international orders. Contact our customer service to determine if we’ll be able to fulfill your order. If we are able to accommodate your request, further information will be requested and instructions will be given on how we’ll proceed. We do not guarantee that we can fulfill your international order without accepting our terms and conditions. 
  6. Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event, your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with your and the carrier to resolve the issue and get your package to you as quickly as possible.
  7. Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. It is quite often that we process same day orders. It is best to reach us by email, reply4cyclesoflife@gmail.com and call us at (800) 560-1592.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change once the order has been dropped of at our carrier, USPS. 
  8. Returns: If you need to return an item, please see our Return Policy for instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
