2 avocados cut in small pieces

1 ½ cups of sun dried tomatoes

½ cup of chopped onions

¼ cup of almond milk

¼ cup of fresh lime juice

3 tsp maple syrup

4 tsp of sea salt

3 - 4 dashes of cilantro

½ cup of olive oil

Cook the pasta as directed on package
