Mushroom Patties

Yields1 Serving

 2 portabella mushrooms
 ½ cup of bell peppers
 ¼ tsp of oregano
 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
 ¼ bunch of cilantro
 4 tbsp sea salt
 1 tsp of dill
 2 tsp of onion powder
 ¼ cup of spelt flour

Soak mushrooms for 1 minute in spring water

Remove and place in food processor with scallions and bell peppers

Add cilantro, flour and other seasonings

Mix thoroughly and form patties

Place them in heated pan with 2 tbs olive oil

Fry on both sides until done (approximately 3 minutes each)
