At 4 Cycles of Life, we believe understanding your herbs is an important part of making intentional wellness choices. That’s why we’ve created an interactive herbal tea builder that allows you to choose the ingredients for your own 2 oz custom tea blend.

Whether you enjoy calming floral teas, refreshing mint blends, earthy herbal infusions, or warm and spicy flavors, you can create a combination that suits your preferences.

Step 1: Choose Your Base Herbs (Select 1–2)

Your base herbs create the foundation of your tea.

Choose from Hibiscus, Rooibos, Chamomile, Green Tea, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Lemon Balm, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Moringa Leaf.

Please note: Green Tea naturally contains caffeine. The other base herbs are naturally caffeine-free.

Step 2: Choose Your Supportive Herbs (Select 1–3)

Supportive herbs allow you to personalize your blend using botanicals traditionally enjoyed for different aspects of wellness.

Choose from Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Milk Thistle Seed, Red Clover, Cleavers, Marshmallow Root, Corn Silk, Calendula Flowers, Artichoke Leaf, Elderberry, Echinacea, Turmeric Root, Thyme, and Sage.

Each herb brings its own traditional history, flavor, and botanical characteristics.

Step 3: Choose Your Flavor Herbs (Select 1–2)

Complete your blend with herbs and botanicals that enhance its taste and aroma.

Choose from Lemongrass, Peppermint, Ginger Root, Rose Hips, Fennel Seed, Ceylon Cinnamon Chips, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Dried Apple Pieces, Spearmint, Whole Cloves, Cardamom, and Lavender Flowers.
