We’re a proud Black-owned herbal wellness business. Herbalist Kareem built 4 Cycles of Life from the ground up to serve our community and the whole human family, one cup of tea at a time.
4 Cycles of Life is an herbal shop and tea bar in Peoria, Arizona. We focus on Mother Nature and all she has to offer. Plants, the sun, and the moon are a way of life for us. And we believe getting in tune with yourself is a must.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: educate the human family on a simple way of living.
That means plain-language information about herbs, teas, food, and everyday habits. No confusing words. No pressure. It ain’t rocket science, and ain’t no gatekeeping over here. We share what we know so you can make your own informed choices.
We also believe in personal responsibility. Your health is your health. You, and only you, can make a change. We’re here to assist you and help educate you along the way, and we always encourage you to work with your healthcare provider, especially if you take medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition.
Meet Herbalist Kareem
Herbalist Kareem founded 4 Cycles of Life in July 2014. He teaches herbal wellness in plain, everyday language, and he loves showing people how to blend teas and how to use herbs in daily life.
What You’ll Find at 4 Cycles of Life
Our tea bar
Stop by and build your own custom herbal tea. You choose a Base herb, a few Supportive herbs, and a Flavor herb, and we blend it for you. You can also build your own custom herbal tea blend online.
Prefer something ready to go? Try a house blend like Golden Glow or Ruby Sunrise.
Herbal products
We offer herbal capsules, tinctures, powders, essential oils, and more. Every product page lists its ingredients so you know exactly what you’re getting. Always follow the label, and talk with your healthcare provider before trying something new.
Herbal education
Herbalist Kareem shares free education through this blog and through live videos. Our goal is to help you understand your herbs, where they come from, and how people have traditionally used them.
What We Don’t Do
We want to be clear and honest with you:
